What is IBS by the way?

IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) is a condition that affects the digestive system. It involves miscommunication between the brain and the gut. Symptoms can include abdominal pain, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, or alternating types of bowel movements.

Our urban lifestyle can easily cause the IBS. Sit too long hour, less exercise, stress, bad-habit dietary, too much cheese, too much sweet, late sleep, and coffee addictive.

It can be relieved by medicine. Buy who wants to take medicine forever? IBS is a symptom that related to our behavior. So change it.

Food is the key trigger. IBS people is encouraged to have Low-FODMAP food.

How about herbal tea, especially Tropical Herbal Tea?

Luckily, all immersé teas are low FODMAP teas.

Lemongrass and ginger is in the low FODMAP chart already. Bael fruit reduces gas in your stomach. Roselle helps digestion. So, you are safe with immersé low FODMAP teas.

One tip for you. Whenever you just have high FODMAP food, immediately sip City Calmer Tea (Bael Fruit Tea) after the meal. It will help reduce gas from your food, and digest better. So you won't suffer from the pain.
